Refund and Return Policy

At Mommy’s Place, we are committed to providing thoughtfully selected kids clothing, shoes, toys, and accessories that meet our quality standards and your expectations. We understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary, and we aim to make that process clear and fair for all customers.

1. General Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges on eligible items provided that:

  • The request is made within 14 days of purchase (or within 7 days of delivery for online orders)

  • Items are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • Original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase are provided

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

2. Non‑Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless defective:

  • Undergarments, socks, and swimwear

  • Clearance or sale items marked “Final Sale”

  • Toys that have been opened, used, or are missing original packaging

  • Gift cards

3. Footwear Returns

Children’s shoes may be returned or exchanged if:

  • They have only been tried on indoors

  • Soles show no signs of outdoor wear

  • Original shoe box and packaging are included

Shoes worn outside are not eligible for return.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Unsafe

  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the item has been reviewed.

5. Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable, unless the return is due to our error

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution

6. Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for size or colour, subject to availability.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

7. Online Orders & Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

8. In‑Store Purchases

For in‑store purchases:

  • Returns must be made at the original store location

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • All return eligibility rules above apply
